Very simple. Get some good quality filo pastry and line up several sheets with butter or oil in between and then cute into four. Top with your choice of toppings.
Scrunch the filo around the topping, brush with egg and bake for about 15-20 minutes until cooked.
Or you can mix bacon, sundried tomato, feta and creme fraiche and a filling
